Good Points: Great room, Lots of space ( #1 ) For a British Hotel that is. !!
Bad Points: 1 minute late for breakfast. NO Eggs !!!! Rather strange.
General Review: All was done in a friendly, professional manner. Highly recommended.

Good Points: Style of decor of hotel and design of room.
Bad Points: lighting in the room could have been bit better. Was little dark during the day.
General Review: Customer service at the hotel was very good, and staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very nice, clean and comfortable and overall and an enjoyable stay.
