I went to this bookshop with the intent of buying a book and helping a small buisness.
However i was extremely disapointed by treatment in this bookstore. I was treated very rudely by one of the shop assistants (an elderly lady) who told me she couldnt hear me (despite me speaking very clearly) and turned her back on me, ignored and refused to help me . I felt there was no customer service at all.
I will not be using this establishment again.
