The room was dated, the bed linen old and faded, and the pillows old and dirty. The price? Nearly £100 b&b. To add insult to injury and my wallet the price of a very limited set menu for residents staying for dinner was £20 pp but, if you wanted to eat from the main menu the price increased by £6 , and don,t forget the steak that was another £4 on top of the other £6. My partner and i escaped before breakfast feeling utterly exhausted after a very uncomfortable night.
