Elizabeth writes "I have visited the Christmas Market a few times. The atmosphere is really relaxing. The selection of stalls is small but ideal. A great mix of potential gifts. The forest drive remained open. The only hiccup was you had to pay by cash (cheques were limited) as no card machines were available! Great to shop with the band playing and youth choir singing. A big must for locals and visitors who fancy a couple of hours in the open air without the need to spend a fortune - unless you want to of course! Wrap up warm and visit this year! Enjoy."

There's not a bad thing I can say about Folly Farm. I've just returned from a long weekend stay there, and the place is absolutely amazing. Clean, quiet and amazing views. Highly recommended.

Folly Farm is excellent, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. I was on business in the area, where I had not been previously. It was very easy to find. This is the best bed and breakfast I have ever stayed in. The ensuite room was large, clean, and had everything you might want. It was very quiet. The breakfast was in a fridge, and included top quality bread, croisant, fresh fruit, cheese, ham, preserves, yoghurt, orange juice, tea and coffee. There was a kettle and a toaster. You couldn't ask for more!
