Good Points: None
Bad Points: rooms not 100% CLEAN, bathroom bath sealing very untidy and not clean, looked like dried blood on bed cover, our friends requested that their bed cover be changed, it was but second one was just as dirty, requested it to be changed again, but it was not, would not use this hotel again, also very cold in the bar in the afternoon.
General review: Not good, have had better value in London for less money, 65£ per room in central london.

Good Points: Room and accomadation good for London stay
Bad Points: Food
General Review: I found the food very poor, same selection each night, which when you are staying for several nights boring, more can be done to make buffet meals better. The food was prepared long in advance of serving which made the food very dry.
