gem of a guest house the fact it does not allow under 18 is a bonus warm welcome greets you our room was cosy warm with tv freeview tea coffee e.t.c. fantasic views and the breakfast was fantastic lots of choice you do not leave hungray nothing seems to be any trouble we will be back thak you
