Appalling. Our visit was close to the end of the hotel's season but there can be no excuse for this standard. Very large bedroom, magnificent high ceilings big single glazed windows and a 2k convectoer heater to cope with trying to warm the room and dry out the sizeable damp patch. No dinner on the second night -the chef was "out of his mind on something" and yet no discount on the bill. No visible staff at all. Questionable bar measures. Ran out of the wine we had opted for etc etc etc. No wonder it has been removed from your site.
