A weekend of music magic will reward the expected 20,000 attendees with an eclectic programme of unplugged and acoustic music from the genres of Folk, Roots, Celtic, Blues, Pop, Rock, Ska. At the request of the festival‚s director, Mike Stephens, Ade Payne, a rising star on the acoustic scene, will line up on the main stage with internationally renowned artists, whose music has influenced the music scene for the last 5 decades. These include Jethro Tull, Peter Tork (The Monkeys), Melanie, Martin Furey And The Celts, Midge Ure, Fairport Convention, Jah Wobble, Mike Peters, The Animals, Donovan, Marillion, Eric Faulkner, and Gordon Giltrap. To ensure they don‚t miss a note, many fans will camp for thewhole weekend so side stalls with booze and food will ensure they are well fed and watered.
