The award-winning Lower Gardens are the venue for ‘Flowers by Candlelight’ as they are transformed into an enchanting oasis of flickering flames every Wednesday in August. ‘Flowers by candlelight’ is an event over 110 years old, started in 1896 by Princess Eugenie of France.
