Has published eight books, his most famous being Trainspotting. Subsequent novels include The Acid House, Filth, Glue and The Bedroom Secrets of the Master Chef. Has written several stage plays including Headstate, You'll Have Had Your Hole and co-authoring Babylon Heights.
