David Harvey

Born 1935 - English geographer.
Studied at St John’s College, Cambridge. Founder member of the “positivist” school before becoming one of its major critics. Works include Social Justice and the City (1973), The Limits to Capital (1982) and Consciousness and the Urban Experience (1985).
