Latest reviews | Events in St Saviour | 10 Places to Stay

St Saviour is somewhat unique amongst the Jersey parishes in that it is almost completely landlocked, having access to the water at only one small point, Le Dicq. St Saviour is a little inland paradise and offers many top rate inns and hotels. St Saviour has many activities for the visitor, such as sightseeing, golf and clay pigeon shooting. Rock climbing is also very popular, as are the cycle tours. If you like an adrenaline rush, you could go for some skydiving or hover crafting. The Merton Hotel at St Saviour is possibly one of the best-known hotels in Jersey, offering an ideal base for the town and parish of St Saviour or even for exploring the whole of the island. It is known as a well-respected family hotel and has a unique tropical water leisure centre, the Aquadome, as well as nightly cabaret and dancing together with a soundproof disco. There is a children's club, teenage program and supervised crèche. The hotel has a garden and sunbathing areas around its outside pool and also a tennis court and 4 restaurants. It is situated next to Howard Davis Park. Amongst the other hotels on offer is the beautifully restored Longueville Hotel, a former 14th century Norman manor house. It combines modern comfort with beautiful antique furnishings and carved oak panelling. The hotel also offers an outdoor swimming pool and tennis courts.
