booked a 6 seater cab as had 3 elderly people (one just out of hospital) to take out. After 25 minutes of waiting after being told 5 minutes called to be told another 30 minutes. Asked for a 4 seater instead at a slight discount which was agreed, so I ran to get a train instead to get a call as i arrived with the train there to be told "driver won't do it at reduced fare". As I was there went into the office to find driver just sitting there and controller unwilling to help at all. After a heated argument, they all had to walk and get a train. AGAIN NEVER EVER USE.
