Kinnears Inn Curry Club every Thursday, great value £6.99pp including my glass of wine & my partner had his pint of beer with his meal. I can recommend the Beef Madras & Jalfreiza, if you like it hot. Definately worth a visit. Staff were very friendly & relaxed comfortable atmosphere. keep up the good work!

Kinnears was recommended to us and we decide to pop along for my fathers 65th birthday. On arrival I was told by the Owner that they were very busy and there may be a bit of a delay, there was 7 of us so passing any time would not be difficult. We waited 1/2 an hour for menus at the table, we asked for some main meals to come with starters(different diners) this could not be accommodated, we then waited a further 1hr for our main meals, the side dishes ie onion rings did not come with the steaks, there were only 2 side dishes of chips instead of 7, the one extra dish we did receive later the chips were undercooked. The chef did not make enough peppercorn sauce??? for steaks and the meals all came at different times. One of the waitresses was excellent and tried to rectify the situation, she eventually walked out, the other waitress appeared to be on another planet! We asked to speak to the Manager to complain, she was apologetic but the celebration was ruined. My mother stayed behind to pay the bill (her choice) and perhaps negotiate a discount for dreadful service, the Manager shouted at her, caused a scene and accused her (us) of upsetting the waitress causing her to walk out. The waitress was walking home when my mother came outside and as she (both) of them actually were upset, went over to apologise if she (We) had upset her by complaining, the waitress replied not at all she walked out as she was disgusted with the service we had received. A very sad and disappointing end to what should have been a memorable night for others
