We would never return to this campsite because of the awful, argumentative, useless staff! If you have children and are looking for a site for tents, then look else where!! First of all, there is an ongoing problem with the sites electric hook-up supply, which kept tripping ours and our friends tents out. It was like the end of the world with the staff when we politely asked them to sort the problem out. This happened three times on a two night stay! They would 'snoop' around our tents, checking our electrical camping equipment and made comments about it not being suitable. This behavior was very upsetting and rather rude! The staff clearly do not like children. There are no signs around instructing children to stay away from certain areas when playing, we have realised this is because it gives the staff an excuse to scream and shout at your children. The staff have no manners and speak to children discracefully!! I had to go to the office to sort out a refund, and was faced with the most argumentative, rude female member of staff. I was completly shocked with the way she spoke to me in front of my children! Her attitude and was appalling!!! As for the site, its basic. The washing up room was useless. Two little sinks with taps that need to be pressed down all the time. The water was luke warm. The showers were poor and also had the system where you need to keep pressing the button every 13 seconds to make the shower work. I was glad to leave this site!
