overall this way a very enjoyable and challenging ride, in the way of constructive criticism (and this is by no means a complaint) the start was a little disorganised with incoming traffic arriving on same route as the ride where they could have arrived from the north of seahouses. the section from warkworth to ellington (a1068) is a very busy road which i feel is dangerous and an earlier turnoff would have been possible via widdrington and drurage. many thanks to the organisers and i hope that the Chris Lucas Trust had a very successful day in terms of fund raising. thank you

i thought last year was a really good year the weather was good for them to.i will never forget the look on my kids faces when there dad came over the finish line in agony after he had been hit by a car.he was taking to hospital with wot we thought was a broken collor bone.even though he was in agony he still managed to finish the race and he is more determined than ever to do this ride again this year bless him.
