M & S Braehead took £38.50 off my M & S credit card on Saturday 14th June and promised me the trousers I ordered would be with me in Derby no later than Tuesday 17th June. It is now Thursday 19th June and they have still not come! I have tried to contact them by telephone and have now been on hold 20 minutes!!! What rubbish service!!!

Floor Management - M & S Braehead I am an avid shopper at M & S both Argyll Street Glasgow and Braehead shopping Mall but comparing the two stores I must say that Argyll Street comes up tops as far as floor management is concerned. On two occasions recently when visiting M & S Braehead I have encountered a virtual "free for all" as far as checking out is concerned. On these occasions I have found that there does not appear to be any senior staff available for advice nor are there any great floor directions in evidence in case of evacuation for fire etc etc. The store is first class but I feel that there is a great lack of direction notices in both floors plus more space around the check out areas is required. Today there was a lot of quite irate customers because of lack of direction. Yours sincerely Isabel Drennan
