This is for the attention of Emily - Food Hall.
I cannot say how impressed I was by the service that was given to my cousin. Mrs Harrison. She had ordered a cake and was extremely disappointed when she got the cake home. Emily came to assist and gave my cousin many things from the store to compensate. What would have spoilt my cousins Christmas Emily rectified and I am sure it is going to be one of her best now!
Regards and thanks

I regularly visit the Solihull Mill Lane store, mainly for foods. Normally the range of products is wide, in some cases perhaps too wide. For health reasons I eschew butter and have chosen the M&S Sunflower spread as my favourite substitute. Sadly I have found that on about one in four visits the shelf for the 500g package is empty. On some occasions the staff are able to find a couple of boxes'out-the-back' but on occasion I have to make-do with a less pleasing product. It occurs to me that perhaps the delivery of spreads falls on a certain week-day. I could enquire and time my visits accordingly. I do realise that it is not possible to increase the stock level of every product, but would appreciate consideration of our problem.
