Not impressed. Purchased a large LCD tv in store sale. They won't deliver as a consequence, with my husband having heart surgery same day. I am at a loss how to get it home and in the front door. Can collect, but no way can carry it on my own. Staff not very helpful.

To all the Management and Staff in the Newcastle and Gateshead Stores. The staff in both of these stores are beyond praise,my Christmas shopping was made much easier by the help and pleasantness of the men and women, who work in your excellent stores. These people are a credit to M.and S.who, we all know, will have to put up with some dreadful customers Having shopped at M.and S.for years I have always found it a pleasure. When I am away from home and think of England,Marks and Spencer always comes to my mind. Thank you so much, and may Marks and Spencer prosper, next year and for years to come .
