The cottages wa not 4star as described on the net . W paid a breakage chq deposit .The chq was promptly cash ,but still awaiting refund insipte of several telephone call and emails. The management co have pocketed the breakage chq and do not keep their word ( like we are promptly going to refund the money to your bank account)
So future clients beware that you will not receive your breakage deposit

I have paid a deposit for breakage and to date I have not received the refund inspite of several correspondence .owner have written to say that I will receive my refund but yet to receive it.
So pl beware of paying deposit to the owner as you might not get it back. Also on the net the deposit quoted is not what the owner asks!,,,,,,

We cannot speak highly enough of the splendid reception and accommodation of Wisteria Cottage Rutland. The owners made us feel very welcome and the accommodation was spotlessly clean and had everything we could possibly want.
Well done..highly recommended.
