Went down to my local pub the bulls head to find it closed?Disgrace we do a bonus ball my grandchildrens number had come up so went down to get the winnings to be told the landlord andy closed on the thursday evening.Absolutely furious as we paid our lotterey along with other members of the village, and may i add we asked him you are not going to close on us he told us no i would not do that.LIAR? MARSTONS WHAT ARE YOU DOING WITH PEOPLE LIKE THIS IN OUR VILLAGE PUB? MAY I ADD I HAVE LIVED AND USED THIS PUB FOR ABOUT 28 YEARS.

The managers of this place really dont have a clue! No customer service and a bad attitude when a food complaint was put to them. The chef could be heard swearing in the kitchen and NO refund was offered- a disgrace in this day and age! They put the marstons pub name to shame! boo hiss for this pub, will never return!

Took my children to the Bull and had a lovely meal out the back on the decking. The kids loved the play area too. Beautiful views overlooking the canal and rolling countryside. And my steak was cooked to perfection which is novel these days!

Food was well worth the wait- homemade lasagne with salad was superb- I'd take the chef home if I could!
