Many Many Thanks to a wonderful couple who provided absoloutly marvulous fod & hospitality in terms of conversation & support knowing we were extremely worried about the welfare of our dog 'Hattie' who had just been diagnosed blind. Love & Best Wishes to yourselves & animal loving villagers who helped us through a difficult time. This 'pub' is more than a pub, providing an open & friendly place to any-one who arrives as an 'outsider'! Keep up the lovely friendly thing you do & we will definatly visit you again, -this time just because we want to! Hattie is doing fine, learning new commands & adjusting. (Getting just a 'teeny' bit spoilt perhaps, but 'hey' she's maintaining her independence !! Much Love to yourselves Eileen & Lesley & please convey my & Shaun;s very best to your locals Hope you had a good hol & keep in touch Di xxxxxxxx

Charming old world village pub in a charming and picturesk village, excellent pint of GK and good honest pub grub, also has a nice beer garden in a qiuet location. This is one of those pubs that hasnt been spoilt to much by the demands of the modern age.
