Myself and the other half took the in laws to The Boat Inn, Hayton and were all extremely pleased with the food and service.
We were greeted by a lovely young lady behind the bar, I chose the Pork and apple stack and would recommend the dish to anyone!!! The home cooked chips complimented the meal perfectly!!!
Will be visiting again very soon x

We called in at the Boat and were very
dissappointed with our meal.
The mushy peas were yellow, and the
chips very unpalatable.
The mushrooms were like rubber the salmon
was alright but the new potatoes had seen better days. Will not be returning.
