This was the first time i had visited the Royal Oak for a meal. The service was first class. We were greated on arrival by first class staff and made to feel so welcome home from home.we asked were we would like to be seated being disabled need more room that was no problem. I can only suggest if you like to dine out you require first class service and meal that is perfect the royal Oak Woodham mortimer is the place to be. Mike & Chris Danbury 100 Stars for service will be back

Visited this pub on 23rd May and what a pleasant surprise it was the place has been totally renovated and now has a fresh clean outlook, I found out that’s its under new management. The beer was fresh with usual lagers and IPA on draught was served to perfection (heard they are getting Speckled Hen soon) food was superb, good size portion and the price was very reasonable, the service was excellent staff are attentive and willing to go that extra to give great customer service. What a great way to spend the afternoon relaxing in the beer garden, don’t just take my word for it give them a call 01245-223186 and book a meal, you will enjoy the experience. I must say well done to the new owners just what Woodham Mortimer needs, a great place to eat, drink and relax.
