I visitied the pub on a saturday night with my Wife and our grown-up son and his wife. Absolutely excellent pub! Wonderful food and delightful service. Lovely welcoming Land Lord and barman. The food was delicious. We all enjoyed our starters, main course and pudding!
We are planning to go back in the new year and make a special trip down from Manchester where we actually live! 10/10! Recommend it 100%

My husband and I have visited this pub on a few occasions for lunch and dinner. We went along last Friday evening to see 'The Rat Pack'. We had a very nice meal at the Prince of Wales and thoroughly enjoyed our evenings entertainment.
The Landlord is a bit of a character and makes you feel at home there. We also found the regulars to be very friendly and welcoming.
This will definitely become our regular pub and we hope to enjoy many more evenings there with good food, good wine and good company.
