I used your stores cafe and found it to be run down scruffy and generally below any reasonable standard.For example there were only paper cups available the range of food was minimal,there appeared to be only one member of staff on duty and she gave every appearance of complete indifference to the customers.The soft drink dispenser was broken.I normally use your Yeovil branch for shopping where the cafe service is very much better
