Good Points: clean room modern decor Bad Points: we thought our stay at the hotel was ok but it was expensive for what we got for one night, although the room was clean etc it did'nt seem like a superia double to us General review: the staff were helpful and pleasant, food was good just dissapointed with room in that it was basic, a bit more luxury would have been nice

Good Points: Found hotel comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good Bad Points: More attention to detail needs to be given in the dining room. When we sat down to breakfast my husband had no cutlery, there were no cups and saucers on the table, even after the tea was brought to us. But staff were friendly and helpful. General review: Good

Good Points: The room was spacious, well presented and very clean! Bad Points: More choice on the inclusive evening menu! General Review: We would definately stay at this hotel again, the staff were friendly and helpful. The leisure club facilities were excellent and extremely clean and well maintained. The food was delicious, although more choice would be good. A very relaxing break!! Review date: 2006-03-15 Customer: trevor, wednesbury Good Points: very clean, Bad Points: bar prices, one menu instead of what felt like a poor relation option General Review: a sample of the menus would have been a help, the bar and lounge were fantastic but the prices outrageous, the local pubs did well
