staff mostly foreign but at least they try hard my husband and i visit every year food is normally very good to large servings for my liking but i find getting half salad and half chips is a good way to do it

We were looking forward to a home cooked meal after a cold wet day in june!
When we entered the pub it was like that scene from the film american werewolf in london, everyone turned and stared and the whole place went quiet! we persevered and ordered a drink. The bartender was foreign and didnt even look at us when we ordered...we should have stopped there. Very disappointing food for a inflated price.
