Played today in fourball. We were warmly welcomed by Ray in the Pro shop, great chap! Went through to clubhouse at 8am to be greeted and served breakfast by the chef another funny character.
Had a good game of golf and for this time of year the course looked immaculate!
Today has made me realise you dont have to spend loads of money to play a great course! A pat on the back is certainly deserved by all.

Having played at Stoneleigh Deer Park Golf Club this summer, because my own course was closed again! I cannot believe that anyone could say a bad word about the course or the clubhouse.
It must be the friendliest and most picturesque club in the county of Warwickshire. After playing most of Warwickshire’s courses this summer the greens have to be in the TOP SIX!
What a beautiful walk! Considering the weather we have experienced this summer the Greenstaff have done an excellent job at Stoneleigh. I would say not only is it the most improved golf course over the past few years but it should win an award for the “scrummiest” food at inexpensive prices. Membership has got to be the best value for money in the area.
