My husband and I visited your restaurant area yesterday for a hot snack and a drink. We were greeted by a very pleasant 'hostess' who had to explain the procedures for obtaining our meal which seemed overly complicated, for what in any other establishment is a simple transaction. There was a long queue of people standing around looking bemused and amused at the system you have in place to make a sale. Why make buying a jacket potato and a cup of coffee so complicated that your customers have no idea where to go and what to do next---this system must have been devised by a man!!!!
You should also have a spell checker to check the wording on your signs --- refrigerated does not have a 'd' in it
