Based on our visit in July we will certainly stay at The Angel again when we return. Good accomodation, good food, good beer, good value and excellent hosts.

We arrived to a very warm welcome from Steve, Diane and Gary. The room was very clean and comfortable and the hospitality was second to none!! We had sunday lunch and can honestly say that it is the best we have had, cooked to perfection! (No soggy boiled veg here)! Diane is a superb cook and I would urge all readers to visit this charming place! This is an English inn at its' best!

We had a very pleasant stay, Pat and Jeff work very hard to make your stay enjoyable. The food is very good and always piping hot. The Angel is only a few minutes from Southwold and is in a good position to explore the area. We would recommend this B&B

our second visit was equally as good as the first if not better. The room each time very cosy and the food absolutely delicious. Our hosts Pat and Jeff were friendly and helpful. We went on a quiet walk around the quaint village and also visited Southwold only three miles away. We will be back.
