I really enjoy coming to your pub and usually bring a friend with me and we have a nice walk by the river. The food is always good apart from the chips which, in fact, are pretty horrid.
They taste of nothing, like cardboard and are usually cold. In fact, they always taste as if they are re-heated!! Can you do something about this please as normally we love chips and have them as a treat!! Thank you, Anna
