Although the location and facilities at this campsite are good, unfortunately this was one of my worst experiences of a holiday. This was completely down to the owners of this site who are also landlords of the nearby Blacklock Inn. Their unwelcoming and extremely agressive behaviour to members of our group left me in shock. We were a party of 18 and were intending to stay 4 nights but as a result of their agressive behaviour towards 3 members of our party on the second night, completelly fuelled by them drinking vast quantities of alcohol we made the decision to leave the following morning. I would add this was in no way instigated by any members of our group who remainded calm and polite throughout. Would not recommend this site to anyone.
