i have been doing research into all cafe's in department stores and independent coffee house's, as to which one will let you bring your own food in as long as you buy a drink. As to date i have had only one complaint, and that is from debenhams in southampton.
I have been to portsmouth, gunwharf quays, eastleigh, other shops in southampton and many others and debenhams was the only one to object. I hope this does get passed on to the appropriate person.
