I came to Asda,Gosrorth, just after 4.00p.m.to meet my wife who had been shopping.I knew the store was closed so stood a yard inside the front door loking at the property adverts; I heard a voice say ''We're closed''. I explained to MARK [THE BADGE NAME OF THE SPEAKER] that I was waiting for my wife; he replied 'You'll see her just as well outside the door'. I went outside, seething, and waited in the cold until my wife emerged five minutes later, having a trolley full of goods bought at YOUR STORE, NOT SAINSBURYS!Why is it I feel I was treated so discourteously?
