Located on the main high street of Kendal town centre; the apartment is handy for the local shops; many fashionable restaurants; wine bars and Kendal's local attractions. The apartment is spread out over one floor. As you enter the apartment; you are greeted by a hallway where you can hang your coats and leave your shoes. As you go through to the apartment; you first come to our cosy lounge with a modern corner sofa; flat screen TV; DVD and CD player. A selection of DVD's; CD's and board games are also provided for your entertainment. The living room has high ceilings with 2 large sash windows which over look Kendal's high street. The kitchen is fitted with modern appliances. The second double room is very spacious with plenty of extra room for a z bed or cot. The master bedroom has a double bed; walk in wardrobe; ensuite with shower and french style doors. The family bathroom again is spacious with a new electric shower over the bath & air cupboard. The apartment is strictly non smoking and no provision is made for ANY pets!As well as being an historic south lakeland market town; Kendal has a fine reputation for shopping; with lots of independent traders as well as big high street names.Kendal is the southern portal to the Lake District; just off the M6 motorway and easily accessible from junctions 36/37/38/39 being only 9 miles (10 minute drive) from Windermere and 24 miles from Keswick.
