The Townhead Hotel are ideally situated for anyone travelling from Scotland to England or England to Scotland. We are approx 1 mile off the M74 motorway from both northbound and southbound junctions 17 and 18. Our hotel has recently been refurbished from top to bottom, to a very high standard.

We offer all our customers a very friendly atmosphere, and all our staff are here to make your stay a relaxing one. Our restaurant offers a wide range of food, from traditional Haggis Neeps and Tatties, to Steaks to suit every palate. Our food is 100% freshly cooked, with all ingredients locally sourced and produced.

Our hotel bar offers a wide range of beers, wines and spirits, along with a pool table, dart board and games machine, and a complete SKY package including 3D for major sporting events. We also hold regular poker nights, and also entertainment every weekend. Our hotel letting rooms are all en suite, with televisions, and tea/coffee making facilities.
