A warm welcome awaits you at this family owned guesthouse. We are proud of our three diamonds grading from VisitBritain Quality in Tourism, and are inspected every December. Here you will be assured of a very comfortable stay. This large double-fronted guesthouse is situated a few minutes from the Town centre, Railway Station, and sea.Hastings is the perfect base for you to discover the beautiful coastlines, and historic castles and towns that make 1066 country so interesting and enjoyable all year round.Our Guest lounge is always accessible to guests, and includes TV & video (selection of children’s films) plus a family size snooker/pool table. We also have a range of toys, puzzles and games for our younger guests. Children are especially welcome, with travel cot and high chairs available. We also have a large family room with private bathroom (shower, toilet and bath).All bedrooms are newly decorated and supplied with fresh linen and towels. Each bedroom has a basin, shaver point, and colour TV. The tea/coffee making facilities are replenished daily. Some rooms are en-suite, all others have a shower and toilet within a few feet on the same floor.Please Note: We are a No-Smoking property. Regrettably, we cannot accept pets. Children welcome. Check-In time: 1400 and Check-Out time: 1000.
