Your hosts Ken and Dawn Fairbairn welcome you to The Winchester Bed and Breakfast in Keswick - an award winning 4 star guest house personally run by the owners who have over 30 years experience in the hospitality industry. Our priority is to make your stay a special one!

We have 6 quality en suite bedrooms. All room have flat screen tvs with freeview, well stocked hospitality trays, hairdryer and alarm clocks. Our wi-fi connection is offered free of charge to all rooms.

Breakfasts are our speciality and we are delighted to have the Visit England Breakfast Award. An example of our Breakfast Menu can be viewed on our webiste.

We are within a short and easy level walk of Keswick market square, theatre and lake. The Winchester is an ideal base to explore the beauty of this outstanding area. There are many excellent varied walks straight from our doorstep. We also have a Drying Room for all your outdoor gear.

We are able to supply guests with discount theatre tickets for most performances at The Theatre by the Lake. We also have discount tickets for the Keswick Launch (boat trip round Derwentwater).

We are graded 4 star with Visit England and also have the Visit England Breakfast Award.
