Yoga at Whitefriars Infants School, Boughton Drive Rushden 7pm to
8-30pm on a Tuesday and Thursday Evening (during school terms.)
'Drop-in' classes £5 per session. This is my 12th year there and we are still
going strong! More men are joining the classes and finding out how valuable
Yoga is to strengthen the body/ mind and spirit and to enjoy your life.Get
