Circa 1157. Family home since 1539. Queen Anne, Georgian, Regency, Victorian decoration. Fascinating architecture and murals. Pictures, furniture, porcelain. Early photographs. Beautiful woodland and walled gardens. Bog garden. Fernery. Walk to Atlantic Cove. Peacocks etc. Cream teas. NPI National Heritage Award Winner.

NEW for 2013: The Abbey and Gardens are now open Sunday to Thursday all season with the Tea Rooms open every day too. The Tea Rooms are under new management with exciting new menus. Hartland Abbey is closed on Fridays and Saturdays.
