two chapel lane is a newly refurbished grade II listed cottage in the pretty Rutland village of Ketton.

A former barn dating from the eighteenth century, it has recently been awarded a four star grading by Quality in Tourism. It has 2 double bedrooms, a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, lounge with wood-burning stove and sofa bed and a courtyard garden with BBQ. The interior is decorated in a contemporary English country style, with antique furniture, white Egyptian cotton bed linen, hypo-allergenic bedding, pretty Cath Kidston fabrics and traditional Farrow & Ball paints. A good selection of books and DVDs are also included.

Two local pubs are just a 2 and 7-minute walk away - the latter serving food. There's also a local post office/shop in the village. Perfect for relaxing, sight-seeing and activities including sailing, golf, fishing, bird-watching and cycling, the local area includes lovely pubs, restaurants, Tolethorpe open air theatre and the magnificent Burghley House. There’s great shopping too including antique shops, boutiques and pretty interiors shops.

Just 15 minutes from Rutland Water and 8 minutes from the beautiful Georgian market town of Stamford - and all just a 5 minute drive from the A1!
