The Crown's Penn Bar is named after Quaker and founder of Pennsylvania, USA, William Penn, who preached to a crowded market place from the upper window at The Crown in 1685.
A selection of wines, beers, cocktails and soft drinks are on offer to wash down the variety of tasty snacks and light bites available throughout the day in the Penn Bar and, on brighter days, in the sunny courtyard at the back of The Crown.
All visitors to The Crown are assured of a warm welcome and friendly service in relaxed and comfortable surroundings.
