The award winning museum and attraction in Thirsk, North Yorkshire.
Visit the home of the Veterinary Surgeon James Herriot.
Your visit begins with the house recreated in the 1940's and 50's.
Then on to our film and television sets, use the cameras - see yourself on TV!
Next to the new children's interactive gallery and then the three rooms dedicated to the history of Veterinary Medicine. Have fun trying to calve a cow. Inspect the horse with toothache.
We are all weathers, indoor, hands-on and completely accessible.
