Number 15 is just perfection, nestling between its neighbours in the hamlet of Tregoodwell, off an unmade lane with parking just in front of the cottage. Over 200 years old and for a time the local pub, this charming cottage has bags of character with its many original features combined with a modern kitchen and bathroom and en suite. Moorland and riverside walks are from the door and glorious sandy beaches just a short drive away. Yet the nearby historic market town of Camelford, with its shops, pubs and restaurants, is just a 10 minute walk.

The Kitchen / Dining Room is well equipped with quartz worktops, a wood burner and a big table for all to gather around. The Sitting Room is really snug with white beams, comfortable seating and an open fire. The cottage style turning staircase leads to the three individually styled bedrooms, one en suite, and the large family bathroom. Outside, the good sized garden is terraced and totally enclosed, safe for children to play in, and a real sun trap of a patio for al fresco eating.
