A warm welcome awaits you at Beckfoot. Lesley, David and staff wish you a very happy stay and hope you can make our home your home. Beckfoot is ideally situated for touring the Lake District, the Yorkshire Dales or the Scottish borders, including historic Carlisle City. We are also perfect for that romantic break in our Four Poster bedroom with its sumptuous furnishings, in room fridge to keep the champagne cool. We only have 7 individually decorated en-suite rooms so it is never crowded here. For those keen to learn we have Guitar Weekends and other Learn at Leisure activities at certain times of the year, and with 3 acres of garden you can also wander around and test your knowledge of the plants. Nearby activities include, Bird of prey centre,Ullswater, Golf, Outdoor and Indoor swimming, Pony Trekking, Guided walks,Garden visits and much more.
