very clean & tidy throughout. our twinn room was light, airy & spotlessly clean. (lovely crisp linen sheets!) en suite with hot water. nice bar/lounge area and dining room. breakfast was delicious, hot & plentiful. we were made very welcome by the owner, who went to great lengths to accomodate us, (we were on one visit of many to radcliffe infirmary) & i will happily stay there for future visits
