Lovely spot overlooking the river, yet still quiet. The self catering apartmnet we had was really great, having recently been refurbed. Our friends were not so lucky. Had a nice reasonably priced meal in the pub. Great stay.

This was our 4th visit since Robin & Cath took over the hotel. They are perfect hosts, making a real home from home welcome. Standards of cleanliness & service never fall short of excellent however busy they may be. The cuisine is extremely good, with some of the chef"s specials providing culinary delights. Just to add the feather to the cap, this is also a pet friendly establishment, adding the final touch to the first few of (hopefully)many more visits.
