No hot water throughout our three night stay even after three complaints.Nearly had hot water Saturday night after lathering up in shower but then water turned freezing cold-no joke rinsing down with the help of boiling a kettle.Worked out the taps were coded the wrong way also-health and safety issue. Staying at the back of the hotel with noisy seagulls nesting on a low roof area outside. If the window was left open numerous flies entered the room.Breakfast good but other issues a problem. No apologies, no discount worst hotel stayed at in Scarborough after visiting for many years.
