Good Points: There were none particularly. The room was clean enough. Bad Points: Room window was stuck down, room for two provided with only one towel and one cup; iron setting broken; hairdryer did not work; no extra blankets; bath and shower were lukewarm; called for extra towels and they took 45 minutes to arrive by which time it was too late. Concierge could not recommend a good restaurant. At breakfast, no toast, no-one came round with tea as promised - we asked but could not wait. General review: One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.

Good Points: Restaraunt food. Bad Points: Room decor very dated. Old springs in matress. No air-Con and bed side light didn't work.
